Every morning, breakfast is served between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM. Homemade jam, “brioches”, croissants and pastries, yoghurts, fruits, tea, coffee, cereal and breads will awake your appetite!

I make my own jam depending on the fruit of each season: strawberries, apricots, peaches, blackberries, figs, melons of Spain… Our hosts feast and often ask for more of it!

I sometimes propose fruit cakes. “Yoghurt cake” with strawberries, with raspberries, with pieces of peach, with apricot or with apple becomes a festive cake. This help our hosts to start their day in a warm and happy atmosphere.

And even if our hosts speak different languages, they are always eager to communicate with each other. Usually English is used to communicate during this very nice time sharing.

Those who need to leave early do not have to worry. We can also serve early breakfasts…
